The U20 Fastener is an innovative and fast solution to join your belts by simply screwing them together. this mechanical splice is extremely easy to install.

It is inspired by rivet fastener technology, bringing a major evolution in its ease of installation.
 

The U20 fasteners are suitable for belts in the range of 4 - 7 mm thickness.Each box has a corresponding string pin.

Installation:

* The hydraulic jack can easily install heavy plate fasteners.
* The hydraulic jack replaces the conventional Vice by means of a pneumatically driven hydraulic Power Pack.
The heavy plate fastener is pressed onto the belt directly during the pneumatic closing movement.
* In a balanced system, the pressure exerted on the smaller piston is smaller, and the pressure exerted on the larger piston is also larger so that the liquid can be kept still. Therefore, through the transfer of liquid, different pressures on different ends can be obtained, so that a transformation can be achieved.
