No oil at all

1. Compressed air is oil-free, dust-free and water-free
After the water and air are fully mixed during the compression process, the dust in the compressed air is completely washed away. And because the specific heat capacity of water is 2.6 times that of oil, the cooling effect is far better than that of lubricating oil. Therefore, the compressor outlet temperature is only 40°C, and the water content of the air is relatively lower. New oil-free sliding vane compressor uses new material sliding vanes instead of traditional metal sliding vanes in the sliding vane design, transforms the bearing structure of the sliding vane compressor, greatly reduces frictional resistance, and uses water to directly compress the compressed air. Cooling keeps the host temperature at around 40°C for a long time, which is close to the ideal energy-saving state of isothermal compression and improves compressor efficiency to a greater extent.
