GOODDEER Electric motor drive Screw Air Compressor series Excellent performance comes from a strong heart.

This makes our rotor have the following advantages

Small Drop and High Efficiency
The tooth profile drop of the compressor is 25% less than that of the four six ratio rotor. The small drop means that the effective compression efficiency can be greatly improved.

Equal stiffness
The main rotor has high speed and large diameter, and the auxiliary rotor has low speed and small diameter. The diameter ratio of the main engine profile rotor is directly proportional to the speed ratio. This design makes the stiffness of the two rotors completely equal stiffness.

Small leakage area
The leakage area brought by the large rotor is small, which further improves the compression efficiency.

Sophisticated equipment
We use Britain horryd rotor special processing machine and Germany Kapp precision rotor grinder. The accuracy of tooth profile can reach 0.005mm, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0 1-0.2mm
Through the strict inspection of Germany ZELSS and LEITZ coordinate measurement.
The rotor maintains the best clearance value even under continuous operation, which is stable and efficient.

Intelligent design
The intelligent microcomputer control system can accurately control the operation of each component of the unit . Collect
operation data parameters at the same time.
It has the functions of automatic diagnosis, display, alarm and protection, and can realize 24-hour unattended work.

Powerful protection function
Complete fault alarm and shutdown function. In case of any fault, stop the machine immediately to detect the text, Diagram and
voltage, so as to realize the protection of the unit.

Excellent communication joint control function
RS485 communication function supports the reserved communication interface of modus RTU protocol,which can connect corresponding
equipment according to different needs of users, and realize linkage control and remote control through the upper computer.
